Outputs are crafted to be succinct, ranging between 150-250 characters. In instances where specific data isn't provided, the system either innovatively generates them or employs placeholders like "xx%" or "xx Marines/equipment/assets" for user customization later.
**Example Input (Variation 2):**
I developed a web application that streamlines the creation of military performance reports.
**Example Output:** - Led development of game-changing web app; transformed laborious performance report creation into a seamless, time-saving process, enhancing unit readiness and enabling xx Marines to focus on critical tasks. (Character Count: 208)

## If You Used the Old Names
| Old name you may remember | Current option to use |
| --------------------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Eval Bullet | Eval Bullet |
| Chief Eval / Chief Eval (Updated) | Chief Eval |
| Navy EVAL Tailored | EVAL - Tailored (E1-E6) |
| Navy FITREP Tailored | FITREP - Tailored (W2-O6) |
| Chief Eval Summary | Chief Eval Summary (Block 40) |
| Opening Statement | Opening Statement |
| Closing Statement | Closing Statement |
For the most accurate current output, use **EVAL - Tailored (E1-E6)**, **FITREP - Tailored (W2-O6)**, or **Chief Eval Summary (Block 40)** when you know the section you are filling.
## Eval Bullet
Designed specifically for the U.S. Navy Enlisted Evaluation system, this format transforms plain achievements into impactful narrative statements that highlight a Sailor's traits and accomplishments. Outputs aim to fall between 300-400 characters. Each statement starts with a descriptor of the Sailor's trait or role, such as "Dynamic Leader" or "Operational Expert", followed by a clear action and its measurable effect. The format avoids personal pronouns and unfamiliar acronyms, focusing on naval terminology. A key feature is the emphasis on quantitative metrics, always tying achievements back to the wider Navy mission.
**Example Input (Variation 2):**
I developed a web application that streamlines the creation of military performance reports.
**Example Output:**
Innovative Developer. Engineered a cutting-edge web application to streamline military performance report creation; integrated xx automated templates, reduced report generation time by xx%, and enhanced accuracy, enabling xx% faster dissemination of critical performance data, optimizing decision-making and bolstering mission effectiveness. (Character Count: 341)
## Chief Eval
Built for NAVPERS 1616/27 (CHIEFEVAL) and aligned with the v33 trait set. Unlike the standard three-option formats, the Chief Eval generator produces up to three short performance comments for each of the seven CPO guiding-principle traits: **Technical Mastery**, **Institutional Expertise**, **Professionalism**, **Integrity**, **Accountability**, **Deckplate Leadership**, and **Team Effectiveness**. The result panel groups comments by trait so each can be copied independently into the matching CHIEFEVAL block. Each comment is standalone (not a continuation), action / result / impact oriented, and sized to fit the v33 six-line trait limit.
**Example Input:**
CMC led xx-Sailor mess through 7-month deployment, drove qualification pipeline that produced xx new watchstanders, and set new climate baseline after rebuilding mess engagement.
**Example Output (Deckplate Leadership):**
* Led xx-Sailor mess through 7-month deployment, sustaining standards and watch-team performance under high OPTEMPO.
* Rebuilt mess engagement rhythm, restoring deckplate visibility and chief mentorship across xx work centers.
* Drove qualification pipeline producing xx new watchstanders, expanding watchbill depth and divisional readiness.
## Opening Statement
Generates a concise opening kicker for the start of an enlisted Navy EVAL or comments block. Designed to set the tone in one or two short lines without consuming room needed for performance bullets. Keep it factual, mission-tied, and free of inflated praise — BUPERS guidance favors everyday language over flowery openings.
**Example Input:**
Top E5 in the work center; led INSURV prep and got xx Sailors qualified.
**Example Output:**
TOP-TIER PETTY OFFICER WHO DELIVERED INSPECTION READINESS AND BUILT BENCH STRENGTH ACROSS THE WORK CENTER.
## Closing Statement
Generates a closing kicker for the end of an EVAL or comments block, typically tied to advancement, retention, or next-responsibility potential. Output stays consistent with whatever recommendation tier the user supplies and avoids fabricating Early Promote / Must Promote / Promotable language unsupported by the input.
**Example Input:**
Ready for LPO and instructor duty; recommended for advancement to E6.
**Example Output:**
RECOMMENDED FOR LPO AND ADVANCEMENT TO E6 — RETAIN IN MOST DEMANDING DIVISIONAL LEADERSHIP POSITIONS.
## FITREP - Tailored (W2-O6)
Built for **NAVPERS 1610/2** (Fitness Report and Counseling Record), warrant officers and officers W2-O6. Section-aware — pick one of 12 FITREP surfaces and the three options are sized to that section's BUPERS guidance and NAVFIT98A character / line caps:
* **Block 28** Command Employment / Achievements
* **Block 29** Primary / Collateral / Watchstanding Duties / PFA
* **Block 33-39 trait support** Professional Expertise, Climate / EO, Bearing / Character, Teamwork, Mission Accomplishment / Initiative, Leadership, Tactical Performance (each generates Block 41 comment text supporting that trait, not text for the trait box itself)
* **Block 40** Career Recommendations
* **Block 41** Comments on Performance (full narrative, 12-16 lines, 12-point safe)
* **Block 41 GRGB** Get Real Get Better commentary for CDR/CAPT FITREPs
Output follows BUPERS Chapter 13: bullet form for the Block 41 narrative, factual openings, action / result / impact lines, `xx` placeholders for unsupplied numbers, and no fabricated promotion-tier language.
**Example Input:**
LT Smith was communications officer for 12 months, led 18 Sailors, managed \$2.4M radio suite, CMS custodian, OOD underway.
**Section:** Primary / Collateral / Watchstanding Duties / PFA (Block 29)
**Example Output (Option 1):**
COMMO
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER-12; CMS CUSTODIAN-12; OOD U/W-xx. Led 18 Sailors; managed \$2.4M radio suite and CMS program through the reporting period.
## EVAL - Tailored (E1-E6)
Built for **NAVPERS 1616/26** (Evaluation Report and Counseling Record), E1-E6 enlisted Sailors. Section-aware — pick one of 10 EVAL surfaces and the three options are sized to that section:
* **Block 33-39 trait support** Professional Knowledge, Quality of Work, Climate / EO, Bearing / Character, Personal Job Accomplishment / Initiative, Teamwork, Leadership (each generates Block 43 comment text supporting that trait)
* **Block 41** Career Recommendations
* **Block 43** Comments on Performance (full narrative, 12-16 lines)
* **Block 44** Qualifications / Achievements
Tone scales by paygrade context: E1-E3 emphasizes qualification growth, watchstanding, and reliability; E4-E6 emphasizes petty officer leadership, program ownership, and advancement potential. For E5/E6 full Block 43 output, room is reserved for the post summary group reporting senior cumulative average score (PSG RSCA) — placeholder only, never invented.
**Example Input:**
E6 Jones led 14 Sailors through INSURV prep, corrected 184 discrepancies, improved work center maintenance from 72 to 96 percent, qualified 9 Sailors.
**Section:** Comments on Performance (Block 43)
**Example Output (Option 1, abbreviated):**
DELIVERED INSPECTION READINESS ACROSS THE WORK CENTER.
* Led 14 Sailors through INSURV prep and corrected 184 discrepancies.
* Restored maintenance discipline across work center before inspection.
* Improved completion from 72% to 96%, strengthening equipment readiness.
* Qualified 9 Sailors ahead of inspection, increasing watch team depth.
## Chief Eval Summary (Block 40)
Built for **NAVPERS 1616/27 Block 40** Reporting Senior Comments on Performance. Returns three options shaped to the v33 six-line Block 40 surface: a concise opening or ranking line when factual, one to three performance / leadership impact lines, optional soft breakout when supplied, and a closing potential or retention line. Returns the standard three-option result format (independent of the seven-trait Chief Eval format above).
**Example Input:**
CMC led mess through deployment with deck plate impact, mentored five first-class to advance, sustained xx% retention.
**Example Output (Option 1):**
LED CHIEF'S MESS THROUGH DEPLOYMENT WITH SUSTAINED DECKPLATE IMPACT.
* Mentored 5 first-class petty officers to advance, strengthening mess bench.
* Sustained xx% retention across the mess through reporting period.
# Air Force

Air Force Bullet Generator Examples
RapidEPR supports current Air Force OPB and EPB writing, including form-aware options for the exact section you are filling.
## Current Air Force Formats
**Form-Aware**
* **OPB Section (Officer)** — for AF Form 715 / myEval OPB sections.
* **EPB Section (Enlisted)** — for AF Form 716 / myEval EPB sections.
**General**
* **EPB/OPB** — a quick standalone OPB or EPB performance statement.
* **EPB/OPB - Tailored (Legacy)** — the previous MPA-based tailored option.
* **ALQ** — a standalone statement focused on a selected or best-fit Airman Leadership Quality.
**Other**
* **Duty Description** — a present-tense OPB/EPB duty description.
* **HLR Assessment** — a conservative Higher Level Reviewer performance statement.
**Legacy**
* **Traditional**, **Narrative (v2)**, and **Narrative (v1)** remain available for users who still need older styles.
## If You Used the Old Names
| Old name you may remember | Current option to use |
| -------------------------------- | --------------------------- |
| EPB/OPB Statement | EPB/OPB |
| EPB/OPB - Tailored | EPB/OPB - Tailored (Legacy) |
| ALQ Statement | ALQ |
| Higher Level Reviewer Assessment | HLR Assessment |
| Duty Description | Duty Description |
For the best current OPB/EPB output, use **OPB Section (Officer)** or **EPB Section (Enlisted)** when you know the exact form section.
## OPB Section (Officer)
Use this for officer OPB sections. Pick the section you are filling, such as Duty Description, Rater Stratification, Executing the Mission, Leading People, Managing Resources, Improving the Unit, Mandatory Comments, HLR Stratification, HLR Performance Statement, or HLR Assignment / Developmental Education Recommendation.
**Example Input:**
Captain served as A-Flight commander, led 38 Airmen, managed \$14M in flightline support equipment, and improved sortie recovery from 88% to 96% across 42 missions.
**Section:** Executing the Mission
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Directed A-Flight operations for 38 Airmen across 42 sortie-recovery missions, managing \$14M in flightline support equipment and raising recovery performance from 88% to 96% while strengthening squadron execution under compressed timelines.
## EPB Section (Enlisted)
Use this for enlisted EPB sections. Pick the section you are filling and select the rated grade so the output stays appropriate for the Airman's level. Sections include Duty Description, the four Major Performance Areas, Mandatory Comments, MSgt-SMSgt Stratification, Future Roles, HLR Comments, and CMSgt Higher Responsibility Support.
**Example Input:**
Appointed as A-Flight's lead trainer; completed 43 core training tasks for 10 Airmen and improved the flight's training depth.
**Rated Grade:** SSgt
**Section:** Leading People
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Trained 10 Airmen through 43 core tasks as A-Flight lead trainer, building qualification depth and strengthening section proficiency while giving supervisors a measurable training baseline for operational tasking.
## EPB/OPB
Use this when you need one quick performance statement and do not need to target a specific form section.
**Example Input:**
Maintainer led night-shift repair effort that returned two aircraft to service and prevented mission delay.
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Led night-shift repair effort for 2 aircraft, coordinating xx maintainers and closing xx maintenance actions to prevent mission delay and restore sortie availability for next-day tasking.
## EPB/OPB - Tailored (Legacy)
This is the previous MPA-based tailored option. It is still useful if your normal workflow is to pick one of the four Major Performance Areas: Executing the Mission, Leading People, Managing Resources, or Improving the Unit.
**Example Input:**
Airman created a tracker for overdue training and helped supervisors close the backlog.
**Area:** Improving the Unit
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Built training tracker for xx overdue requirements, helping supervisors close xx suspense items in xx days and reducing missed deadlines by xx% while giving the section a repeatable process for future training cycles.
## ALQ
Use this when you want the statement to focus on an Airman Leadership Quality such as Initiative, Communication, Stewardship, Accountability, Decision Making, or Innovation. The output does not print the ALQ label; it gives you paste-ready statement text.
**Example Input:**
Communication; briefed new aircraft process to maintenance team.
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Briefed xx maintainers on a new aircraft process across xx training sessions, reducing repeat questions by xx% and improving handoff quality for xx scheduled maintenance actions.
## Duty Description
Use this for OPB/EPB duty description text. Duty descriptions are role and scope statements, not accomplishment bullets. Include position, mission, personnel supervised or supported, equipment, budget, programs, and special duty context when you have it.
**Example Input:**
Assistant director of operations for a flying squadron, 75 aircrew, 25 aircraft, daily flying operations and training.
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Serves as Assistant Director of Operations for a flying squadron of 75 aircrew and 25 aircraft. Coordinates daily flying operations, training execution, scheduling, standardization support, mission planning, aircrew readiness, and cross-functional synchronization with maintenance and group staff.
## HLR Assessment
Use this for a Higher Level Reviewer performance statement. Keep the input factual and tied to performance. If you need stratification, promotion recommendation boxes, or mandatory comments, use the appropriate OPB or EPB form-aware section instead.
**Example Input:**
Led squadron inspection prep, corrected 64 findings, and improved program compliance from 78% to 96%.
**Example Output (Option 1):**
Led inspection recovery across 64 findings and raised program compliance from 78% to 96%, giving the unit a measurable readiness gain and a stronger baseline for follow-on inspections.
## Legacy Air Force Formats
**Traditional**, **Narrative (v2)**, and **Narrative (v1)** are kept for continuity. For current OPB/EPB work, start with the form-aware OPB or EPB options above.

# FAQ's
Source: https://docs.rapidepr.com/faq
## What is RapidEPR?
RapidEPR is a web application designed to convert plain English descriptions into properly formatted performance report bullets for all branches of the U.S. military. Its mission is to streamline the bullet writing process by producing precise and compelling bullets based on user-inputted accomplishments.
## This used to be free...what happened?
I wanted to keep this service free for everyone, and I attempted to do so by placing ads on the site. However, all ads were being blocked on government networks, where the majority of RapidEPR traffic occurs. Due to this, I was incurring a significant financial loss out of my own pocket. I had to make a decision: either shut down the site or charge a small fee to cover the costs of running the site. I chose the latter, and I hope you understand. I'm still committed to keeping the cost as low as possible, and I hope you continue to use RapidEPR.
## How much does it cost to use RapidEPR?
RapidEPR offers two flexible pricing options:
1. **Pay-as-you-go**: Purchase credits in packages to use as needed. Each user gets 5 free credits to start.
2. **Pro Subscription**: For \$20/month, you get unlimited credits and priority support.
Please refer to the **Credits Page** for a detailed breakdown of costs and features.
## What are Military Units in RapidEPR?
Military Units are a feature designed for squadrons, detachments, divisions, or other military organizations to share credits among their members. This allows unit administrators to centrally manage and distribute credits to all members efficiently.
## How do Military Units work?
* **Unit Creation**: Military units can be created through a request process. Once approved, a unit administrator can manage members and credits.
* **Credit Sharing**: All members of a unit share the unit's credit pool, which is automatically used before individual credits.
* **Credit Plans**: Units can purchase credit packages at bulk discounted rates or subscribe to an unlimited plan.
* **Membership Management**: Unit administrators can add or remove members and promote members to administrators.
* **Usage Tracking**: Unit administrators can view detailed credit usage by each member.
## Can I belong to multiple units?
No, each user can only belong to one unit at a time. If you need to join a different unit, you must first leave your current unit. This ensures clear credit allocation and management.
## How do I leave a unit?
If you're a regular member (not an administrator), you can leave a unit at any time from the unit management page. Unit administrators must first transfer their admin role to another member before they can leave.
## What happens to my credits when I leave a unit?
When you leave a unit, you'll no longer have access to the unit's credit pool. However, your personal credits remain available for your use. Any features you were using with unit credits will start using your personal credits instead.
## Can I join a different unit after leaving one?
Yes, after leaving a unit, you can join a different unit if you receive an invitation from that unit's administrator. Remember that you can only belong to one unit at a time.
## How do I request a new unit?
You can request to create a new unit from the Units page. You'll need to provide information about your military organization and explain why you need a unit. Once approved, you'll automatically become the unit's administrator.
## Who should be a unit administrator?
Unit administrators should typically be individuals in leadership or administrative positions within the military organization who are responsible for managing resources. They will have full control over unit membership and can view credit usage data.
## Can I provide feedback or ask questions about RapidEPR?
Absolutely, feedback and inquiries are always welcome. Please visit the *Contact Page* to submit any thoughts or questions. Responses will be provided as promptly as possible.
## What should I do if the generated bullet needs modification?
RapidEPR offers an excellent foundation for bullet creation, but it's understood that refinements may be needed to accurately represent unique situations. Users are encouraged to edit the output as necessary to best showcase their accomplishments. Directly copying the generated bullet without modifications is not recommended.
## How can I ensure the best results when using RapidEPR?
For optimal results, users are advised to provide specific details about their accomplishments when using RapidEPR. This includes the scope of involvement, the impact of actions, and any quantifiable data that highlights the significance of the achievement.
## Are my payments secure?
Yes, your payments are secure. All transactions are handled by Stripe, a trusted and secure payment platform. No payment data is stored on the RapidEPR servers, ensuring your information remains protected.
## How do credits work?
Credits are used each time you submit an entry for translation:
* 1 credit per bullet point
* 3 credits per award citation
If you prefer unlimited access, consider our Pro subscription plan which provides unlimited credits for a monthly fee.

## Managing Unit Credits
### Purchasing Credits
To purchase credits for your unit:
1. Navigate to the "Credits" tab in your unit dashboard
2. Choose from available credit packages:
* **Standard Package**: 1,000 credits (\$250)

* Credits used for resumes
This data helps you:
* Identify which members are most active
* Understand how credits are being utilized
* Plan future credit purchases
### Managing Subscriptions
To manage your unit's subscription:
1. Navigate to the "Credits" tab
2. If you have an active subscription, you'll see subscription details
3. To cancel, click "Cancel Subscription"
4. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
## Privacy Considerations
As an administrator, you have access to usage statistics, but not to the actual content being generated. This ensures member privacy while still providing you with the information needed to manage credits effectively.
## Leaving as an Administrator
If you need to leave the unit as an administrator:
1. Ensure there is at least one other administrator
2. Navigate to your unit dashboard
3. Click "Leave Unit"
4. Confirm your decision
If you are the only administrator, you must first promote another member to administrator before you can leave.
## Best Practices for Unit Administrators
* **Regular Monitoring**: Check credit usage regularly to plan purchases
* **Multiple Administrators**: Have at least two administrators for redundancy
* **Clear Communication**: Inform members about credit availability and usage policies
* **Periodic Review**: Regularly review membership to remove users who no longer need access
## Troubleshooting
### Common Issues and Solutions
* **Can't add a member**: Verify they have a RapidEPR account and are not already in another unit
* **Low credits warning**: Purchase additional credits before you run out
* **Need to transfer administration**: Promote another member to administrator first
* **Unable to leave the unit**: Ensure you're not the only administrator

# Military Unit Member Guide
This guide provides detailed information for members of military units in RapidEPR. As a unit member, you have access to your unit's credit pool, which can significantly enhance your RapidEPR experience.
## Understanding Unit Membership
### What is a Military Unit in RapidEPR?
A Military Unit in RapidEPR is a virtual representation of your real-world military organization (squadron, detachment, division, etc.) that allows for:
* Shared access to a pool of credits
* Centralized management of resources
* More efficient use of RapidEPR features
### Benefits of Being a Unit Member
As a unit member, you enjoy several advantages:
* **Access to Unit Credits**: Use credits from your unit's pool for generating bullets, awards, and resumes
* **Consistent Access**: Even if your personal credits run out, you can continue using RapidEPR with unit credits
* **Simplified Resource Management**: No need to purchase your own credits if your unit maintains its credit pool
## Getting Started as a Unit Member
### Joining a Unit
You cannot directly join a unit yourself. Instead:
1. A unit administrator must add you using your email address
2. You'll receive notification when you've been added to a unit
3. You must have an existing RapidEPR account
4. You can only belong to one unit at a time
If you're currently a member of a different unit, you'll need to leave that unit before you can be added to a new one.
### Viewing Your Unit Information
To view information about your unit:
1. Log in to your RapidEPR account
2. Navigate to the Units section of your dashboard
3. You'll see your current unit's information, including:
* Unit name
* Your role (Member)
* Current unit credit balance
* List of unit administrators you can contact for support
## Using RapidEPR as a Unit Member
### Credit Usage
When generating content in RapidEPR:
1. The system automatically checks for available unit credits first
2. If unit credits are available, they will be used before your personal credits
3. If unit credits are depleted, the system falls back to your personal credits
4. If neither are available, you'll be prompted to purchase more credits
### Viewing Credit Sources
When using RapidEPR features, you can always see which credit source is being used:
* The credit indicator will show whether unit or personal credits are being used
* Your dashboard will display both your personal credit balance and your unit's credit balance
### Credit Limitations
Remember that:
* You can only use credits for legitimate military purposes
* Unit administrators can see statistics about your credit usage (but not the actual content you generate)
* Your access to unit credits ends if you leave or are removed from the unit
## Managing Your Unit Membership
### Leaving a Unit
If you need to leave your current unit:
1. Navigate to the Units section of your dashboard
2. Click "Leave Unit" on your unit management view
3. Confirm your decision when prompted
**Important notes about leaving a unit:**
* You will immediately lose access to unit credits
* You can join a different unit after leaving your current one
* Your personal credits remain available for your use
* This action cannot be undone—you'll need to be re-added by an administrator if you want to rejoin
### Unit Administrator Contact
If you need assistance with your unit membership:
1. Navigate to the Units section of your dashboard
2. View the list of unit administrators and their contact information
3. Reach out to any administrator with questions or issues
## One Unit Policy
### Understanding the One Unit Limitation
RapidEPR limits users to membership in only one unit at a time. This policy:
* Ensures clear credit allocation
* Simplifies unit management
* Prevents confusion about which unit's credits are being used
### Changing Units
If you need to join a different unit:
1. Leave your current unit
2. Ask the administrator of the new unit to add you
3. Once added, you'll have immediate access to the new unit's credits
## Frequently Asked Questions for Members
### What happens to my generated content if I leave a unit?
All content you've generated remains accessible to you, regardless of which credits were used to create it.
### Can I transfer my personal credits to my unit?
No, personal credits and unit credits are separate pools and cannot be transferred.
### Can I see how many credits I've used from the unit pool?
No, only unit administrators can see credit usage statistics. As a member, you can only see the current credit balance of your unit.
### What if my unit runs out of credits?
If your unit's credit pool is depleted, the system will automatically switch to using your personal credits. If you have none available, you'll need to either purchase personal credits or contact your unit administrator about replenishing the unit's credits.
### Can I be in different units for different features (bullets vs. awards)?
No, your unit membership applies to all RapidEPR features. You cannot be in one unit for bullets and another for awards.

# Military Units
Military Units is a powerful feature in RapidEPR designed for military organizations to efficiently manage and share credits among their members. This feature allows squadrons, detachments, divisions, or other military organizations to centrally administer credit usage and provide consistent access to RapidEPR's tools for all their personnel.
## Overview
The Military Units feature addresses common challenges military organizations face when using RapidEPR:
* **Centralized Credit Management**: Purchase credits in bulk for your entire unit instead of individual purchases
* **Cost Sharing**: Distribute resource costs across your organization
* **Usage Monitoring**: Track how credits are being used across your unit
* **Simplified Access**: Ensure all members have access to the tools they need without individual payment setups
## Key Features

## Important Policies
### One Unit Per Member
Each user can only belong to one unit at a time. This policy ensures clear credit allocation and management. If you need to join a different unit, you must first leave your current unit.
### Unit Administrator Responsibilities
Unit administrators should be responsible individuals within your organization who will:
* Manage unit membership appropriately
* Monitor credit usage
* Ensure credits are used for legitimate organizational purposes
* Handle administrative tasks like adding/removing members
### Unit Member Limitations
As a unit member:
* You can leave a unit at any time (unless you're an administrator)
* Administrators must transfer their admin role before leaving
* After leaving, you'll no longer have access to unit credits
* Your personal credits remain available for your use
## FAQ about Military Units
### Who can create a unit?
Anyone with a RapidEPR account can request to create a unit. Requests are reviewed to ensure they're for legitimate military organizations. Upon approval, the requestor becomes the initial unit administrator.
### How many members can a unit have?
There's no hard limit on unit size. Units can have as many members as needed to support your military organization.
### What happens if our unit runs out of credits?
If your unit exhausts its credit pool, members will automatically start using their personal credits. Unit administrators will receive notifications when credit levels are low.
### Can unit administrators see what members are generating?
No. While administrators can see credit usage statistics (how many credits used for bullets, awards, or resumes), they cannot see the actual content being generated. This preserves individual privacy.
### How do we cancel a unit subscription?
Unit administrators can cancel a subscription from the unit management page. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

## April 2026
### Air Force OPB/EPB Form-Aware Formats
Air Force users now have two new form-aware options for current OPB and EPB work:
* **OPB Section (Officer)** — choose the exact AF Form 715 / myEval OPB section you are writing, including Duty Description, Rater Stratification, the four Major Performance Areas, Mandatory Comments, HLR Stratification, HLR Performance Statement, and HLR Assignment / Developmental Education Recommendation.
* **EPB Section (Enlisted)** — choose the exact AF Form 716 / myEval EPB section and rated grade. Supports Duty Description, the four Major Performance Areas, Mandatory Comments, MSgt-SMSgt Stratification, Future Roles, HLR Comments, and CMSgt Higher Responsibility Support.
The existing Air Force options are still available, but the form-aware OPB/EPB options are the best starting point when you know where the text will be pasted.

* **NCOER (SGT)** — direct-level SGT support.
* **NCOER (SSG-1SG)** — organizational-level SSG, SFC, MSG, and 1SG support.
* **NCOER (CSM/SGM)** — strategic-level CSM and SGM support.
* **OER (Company Grade)** — DA Form 67-10-1, 2LT through CPT.

The older **NCOER - Tailored (Legacy)** option stays available for users who prefer the previous broad workflow.
