Use your unit’s credits

Create a RapidEPR account and ask your unit administrator to add you using its email address. Open Military Units in Settings to view your unit, credit balance and administrators. You can belong to one unit at a time. Leave your unit before joining another.

Write evaluations and awards

Use Rapid Generator to create a package for yourself or someone you supervise. Each person’s evaluation or award stays in its own package. RapidEPR uses your unit’s credits or subscription first. If the unit cannot cover a submission, it uses your personal subscription or credits. A bullet submission costs one credit, and an award submission costs three. Unit administrators can view your credit usage, but cannot view your drafts.

Leave a unit

Open Military Units in Settings, choose Leave Unit and confirm. Your personal credits and generated content stay with your account. Ask an administrator to add you if you want to rejoin. If you are the last administrator, promote another member before leaving. Contact your unit administrator or support for help.
