Air Force OPB/EPB Form-Aware Formats

Air Force users now have two new form-aware options for current OPB and EPB work:

• OPB Section (Officer) — choose the exact AF Form 715 / myEval OPB section you are writing, including Duty Description, Rater Stratification, the four Major Performance Areas, Mandatory Comments, HLR Stratification, HLR Performance Statement, and HLR Assignment / Developmental Education Recommendation.
• EPB Section (Enlisted) — choose the exact AF Form 716 / myEval EPB section and rated grade. Supports Duty Description, the four Major Performance Areas, Mandatory Comments, MSgt-SMSgt Stratification, Future Roles, HLR Comments, and CMSgt Higher Responsibility Support.

The existing Air Force options are still available, but the form-aware OPB/EPB options are the best starting point when you know where the text will be pasted. Try an Air Force format → — see the Air Force examples for current format names and sample output.

Army NCOER and OER Grade-Specific Formats

Army form-aware formats are now split by grade tier so output matches the right evaluation form and level of responsibility:

• NCOER (SGT) — direct-level SGT support.
• NCOER (SSG-1SG) — organizational-level SSG, SFC, MSG, and 1SG support.
• NCOER (CSM/SGM) — strategic-level CSM and SGM support.
• OER (Company Grade) — DA Form 67-10-1, 2LT through CPT.
• OER (Field Grade) — DA Form 67-10-2, MAJ through LTC.
• OER (Strategic / Colonel) — DA Form 67-10-3, COL.

The older NCOER - Tailored (Legacy) option stays available for users who prefer the previous broad workflow. Try an Army tailored format → — see the Army examples for sample output from each grade tier.

Navy FITREP Tailored, EVAL Tailored, and Chief Eval Summary

Navy users now have section-aware options for enlisted EVALs, officer FITREPs, and Chief Eval summaries:

• FITREP - Tailored (W2-O6) — write to the exact section of NAVPERS 1610/2, including Block 28 Command Employment, Block 29 Duties, trait-support comments, Block 40 Career Recommendations, Block 41 Comments on Performance, and GRGB Commentary for CDR / CAPT FITREPs.
• EVAL - Tailored (E1-E6) — write to the exact section of NAVPERS 1616/26, including trait-support comments, Block 41 Career Recommendations, Block 43 Comments on Performance, and Block 44 Qualifications / Achievements.
• Chief Eval Summary (Block 40) — focused Block 40 Reporting Senior Comments on Performance for NAVPERS 1616/27.

Format Name Cleanup

Some options were renamed so the format list is easier to scan. Your old go-to options are still there.
