Three new Navy options bring the same section-aware quality you already get with our Air Force EPB/OPB Tailored and Army OER Tailored formats to Sailors, warrant officers, and officers.
  • FITREP - Tailored (W2-O6) — write to the exact section of NAVPERS 1610/2 you’re filling. Pick from Block 28 Command Employment, Block 29 Duties, the Block 33-39 trait support blocks (Professional Expertise, Climate / EO, Bearing / Character, Teamwork, Mission Accomplishment / Initiative, Leadership, Tactical Performance), Block 40 Career Recommendations, Block 41 Comments on Performance, or GRGB Commentary for CDR / CAPT FITREPs. Output sized to the BUPERS guidance for that section so it pastes cleanly into NAVFIT98A.
  • EVAL - Tailored (E1-E6) — write to the exact section of NAVPERS 1616/26. Pick from the Block 33-39 trait support blocks (Professional Knowledge, Quality of Work, Climate / EO, Bearing / Character, Personal Job Accomplishment / Initiative, Teamwork, Leadership), Block 41 Career Recommendations, Block 43 Comments on Performance, or Block 44 Qualifications / Achievements. Tone scales by paygrade so E1-E3 Sailors get growth-and-watchstanding wording while E4-E6 Sailors get petty officer leadership and program ownership.
  • Chief Eval Summary (Block 40) — focused six-line Block 40 Reporting Senior Comments on Performance for the v33 CHIEFEVAL. Pairs with the existing seven-trait Chief Eval format so you can build the trait blocks and the summary block separately, both shaped to the v33 update.

Army OER Tailored — Company, Field, and Strategic Grade

Three new tier-specific OER Tailored options replace one-size-fits-all output with tailoring that matches the actual DA Form for your grade tier:
  • OER - Tailored (Company Grade) — DA Form 67-10-1, 2LT through CPT.
  • OER - Tailored (Field Grade) — DA Form 67-10-2, MAJ through LTC. Adds field-grade-specific surfaces like the Performance Narrative and Operational / Broadening Assignment recommendations.
  • OER - Tailored (Strategic / Colonel) — DA Form 67-10-3, COL. Adds strategic-level surfaces like the Performance and Potential Narrative and Strategic Assignment recommendations.
